There are parks, playgrounds and Nashville museums that kids will love visiting.

Feed the ducks at Centennial Park. While you are there you can see the Nashville Parthenon that is located in Centennial Park. It is one of the more popular Nashville Tourist Attractions as well. There is also a playground in the park. Be sure to take some bread or crackers for the ducks.

Take a scenic train ride on an old train. The Tennessee Central Railway Museum has train rides with themes. Sometimes they have a mystery or a train robbery. The Easter Bunny, Thomas the Train and Santa also visit themuseum from time to time.

Visit one of the outdoor water parks in Nashville. It is a great way to cool down during the summer.

Go to a Nashville Sounds baseball game. Baseball is always fun and kids can usually meet the team mascot, Ozzie after the game.

Kids and adults both will enjoy a trip to the Nashville Zoo. There is a petting zoo and a portion of the zoo that has farm animals. There is also a large playground.

During the fall months take the kids to a corn maze. Most of them have several activities for the kids.

Take the kids to story time at the Main Branch of the Nashville Public Library in downtown Nashville. Puppets read and sing to the children. Kids love it.

A camping trip is always fun. Most of the campgrounds in Nashville have swimming pools, and other things like miniature golf and more.
