Short Ghost Stories and more in Nashville
Short Ghost Stories, Halloween Parties and more.
Short ghost stories and more can be found in Nashville in the weeks prior to and on Halloween. If you are looking for more kid friendly events then these are some
great places for kids
to enjoy the Halloween activities.
The Tennessee State Museum
has the The Ghost Story Festival every year. It is a family friendly Halloween event on October 23th, 2010 from 1:00p.m.-4:00p.m. and it is free to the public.
There will be prizes for children who complete each trail. Wear your costumes for fun.
The Nashville Zoo
has the Gouls at Grassmere every year. It is a more family friendly Halloween event that begins Oct. 15th through Oct 30th from 5:00p.m. until 9:00 p.m. It is located at 3777 Nolensville Road, Nashville TN. The phone number is (615) 833-1534. Be sure to wear your costume.
The Adventure Science Center
has a Fright Lights Laser show at the Sukedum Planetarium this year. The shows are on Saturday October 9th and October 30th. It should be a lot of fun.
Donna's Corner
There are a lot of fun
things to do in Nashville with kids.
October is a great time to take the kids to some
corn mazes.
These are seasonal
Nashville events
so you can only visit them in October. Also there are several festival and events
that go on during the month of October. The
Tennessee Agricultural Museum
has a cool festival for kids.
Nashville Oktoberfest
is another fun fall festival. I love going to the
Celebration of Cultures
at Centennial Park . October is just a great month to visit Nashville because of all the
Halloween
and fall events.
