Pucketts Restaurant

Pucketts Restaurant is a wonderful place to eat.

When a restaurant is packed and people are lined up out the door you know they must have great food.

This downtown Nashville restaurant has just that and more.

Pucketts has great country food.

How about some fried chicken with your choice or one, two or three vegetables? Pulled pork with Pucketts very own barbeque sauce is very good too.

You can buy some of that barbeque sauce to take home with you.

You can also get sandwiches, catfish, chicken fingers , nachos, the list goes on and on.

They serve a good breakfast and they are always packed during the lunch hour.

There is live music in the evenings so you can enjoy a great meal with some Nashville entertainment.

Not to worry, Pucketts also offers more healthy foods as well, like eggplant parmesan, some really good salads or a veggie plate. The menu has a good variety of food to choose from.

Pucketts was one of nine Nashville bars and restaurants chosen to participate in the annual Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival in 2011.

Pucketts is located at St Cloud Corner which is on the corner of 5th Avenue and Church Street in downtown Nashville.

It is very close to several Nashville tourist attractions and the entertainment district. The Ryman Auditorium is just a block away and so is the Tennessee State Museum.

On my first visit to Pucketts I was impressed. I went for lunch with a couple of my friends. I like the atmosphere of the place and the food was great. The service was also excellent.

I haven’t had fried chicken in about a year so I ordered it. It was delicious. The side vegetables were good too.

Vivian ordered the Strawberry Field Salad and she just went on and on about how good it was. Our waiter told us that it was themost popular salad they have.

Juanita is the pickiest eater that I have ever known. She ordered the pulled pork and tried the spicy barbeque sauce. She enjoyed it very much.

All of us have decided that we will definitely be dining at Pucketts again. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do.
