Rush hour in Nashville is actually the hours between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and the hours between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.If you must be in town during rush hour use the HOV lanes on the interstate.
If you are not from a city, you may ask "What is an HOV lane ?". HOV stands for High Occupancy Vehicle and it was created to alleviate traffic flow. You must have two or more persons in the vehicle to use the HOV lanes during rush hour.
