Nashville Entertainment can be found all over Nashville.

You can find concerts, broadway plays, comedy acts and so much more just about every night of the week.

People often refer to Nashville as Music City because Nashville is considered the music entertainment capitol of the world.

When you visit Nashville, you will find out that in addition to music there are all sorts of entertainment including theater and professional sports.

Check out the list of entertainment venues below. These are the venues that have large shows. You are sure to find some great shows at one of them.


Bridgestone Arena formerly known at the Sommet Center and before that the Gaylord Entertainment Center hosts a variety of events including concerts, bull riding, and the Nashville Predators hockey team plays their home games here.

The Grand Ole Opry has been around for just about as long as country music has. Here you will find concerts by several famous country music artist as well as new comers.

Nashville Municipal Auditorium hosts all different kinds of events ranging from children’s shows like “The Wiggles” to rock bands such at Judas Priest.

The Ryman Auditorium is also known for country music because it was the home of the Grand Ole Opry for about 30 years. Today however the Ryman is not limited to country music. You can see all sorts of shows ranging including alternative, jazz, musical theater and much more.

The Nashville Symphony offers concerts ranging from classical for jazz and pop music at the Schermehorn Symphony Center.

TPAC, the Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville has a variety of Broadway plays and special events.






Nashville Ballet has several performances at TPAC each year. The dancers are incredible.

The Nashville Convention Center is one of the best places to find events in Nashville.
