Nashville Arcade

The most unique shopping mall in Nashville!

The Nashville Arcade is a great place to have lunch when you visit Nashville.

It also has a variety of shops and is probably the most unique Nashville shopping mall.

This mall is in the heart of the business district of downtown Nashville.

Whether you are in the mood for shopping or just want a great lunch, you'll be glad you visited the Arcade

You’ll find several deli’s and restaurants in this mall including American, Mexican, Italian, Oriental food and more here.

There is always a crowd so it is best to get there about 11:00 or after 12:30 if you want a seat inside without having to wait.

As you can see in the picture, many people eat outside in the center of the mall.

There are quite a few stores in this mall such as a shoe shine store, a florist, a jewelry store, cup cake store, smoke shop and many more.

The Peanut Shop is a local favorite and I saw on window the other day that they have been there for more than 80 years.

It is an old fashioned candy, nut store and ice cream store. You can also get gifts as well.

During lunch the line is usually standing out the door but it only takes about 5 minutes to get through to get what you want.

If you want a closer look at the gifts they have I recommend you go either before or after the lunch crowd.

The Nashville Arcade is located between 4th and 5th avenue, and Church Street and Union Street. It is right in the center of all 4 of those streets.

There are also numerous stores and downtown Nashville restaurants along those 4 streets surrounding the mall. As far as I know the mall is only open during the week and most of the stores and restaurants are closed by 5:00 p.m. or earlier. Some of the restaurants close by 2:00 p.m.

The Arcade is just a short distance from 2nd Avenue and lower Brosdway where you will find an abundance of Nashville nightlife. If you are in the downtown area during the week, I recommend that you visit the Arcade. You’ll be glad you did.

You can often find me in the Arcade during lunch time. I have to say that I always leave there satisfied with the food.

I couldn't tell you what my favorite restaurant is there because they all have great food.
