My favorite downtown Nashville restaurant is Demos.

I have been to Nashville several times and every time I go, I love to eat at Demo's Italian restaurant. I think it is actually called Demos Steak and Spaghetti House and it is on 3rd avenue.

The food and the service is fantastic. They have the best rolls that I have ever ate. The grilled chicken tenderloins have a wonderful flavor, and I love the seafood fettucine.

My husband loves the lasagna. I have a friend who lives in Nashville and we went to Demos to celebrate her graduation from college and the waiter took a Polaroid picture of us and gave it to us.

Demos has good prices on their food too. If you are in Nashville and want some great food you must go to Demos.

Cheekwood Knights Live music and cash bars throughout the Cheekwood gardens from 6:00-9:00 on the first Friday of every month June - October

Musicians Corner is also at Centennial Park every Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 pm. It is a great way to spend an afternoon.
