Music City Bowl
One of The Best Nashville Events
The Music City Bowl is a post-season collegiate football game between the (SEC) Southeastern Conference and the (ACC) Atlantic Costal Conference. It is one of the most popular
Nashville events
of the year. This football game is generally sold out early every year so you have to get tickets early.

The game is played at the LP Field home of the
Tennessee Titans.
There are lots of parties going on during Bowl Week. Party locations vary from year to year. Places like the
General Jackson Showboat,
the
Hardrock Cafe
and the
Country Music Hall of Fame
participate in the festivities. You may want to check out a Nashville Predators game while in town because they are a lot of fun. There is usually a great concert going on at
Bridgestone Arena
and the
Grand Ole Opry
during Bowl week. It's a good idea participate in the Patch Program for Bowl Week. With the patch you get lots of discounts at several
downtown Nashville restaurants
and
bars.
It is best to purchase a patch when you buy your tickets tothe game. It cost about $10.00 but is worth it. To find out the Patch Participating Locations, Party Locations and Ticket Information you can visit the official
Bowl website.
Temperatures usually range from 20 to 50 during the Winter months but it can be colder so dress warm and enjoy yourself during Bowl Week.
Donna's CornerThe Bowl Game has already sold out for 2010 but it is still a great time to visit Nashville with all of the special events going on. Since the game has sold out you can probably see it on televised at one of the local bars like
Big River Grille
on Broadway at 2nd Ave in downtown Nashville.
Photo ContributionsI decided to find a photo with the Tennessee Vols because I did attend UT for a while before I moved to Nashville. I didn't graduate from UT but wish I had. I did finish college in Nashville. I have always been a Vols fan and always will be. I want to thank
Triple Tri
for the photo of the Vols.
