Carol Fay is known as the “Biscuit Lady” and she keeps the ingredients secret. She is also the one who makes those awesome old-fashioned preserves. The Loveless is located at 8400 Highway 100 in Nashville Tennessee at the Northern Terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway.
