ElRey Mexican RestaurantOne of the great Downtown Nashville Restaurants The ElRey Mexican Restaurant is another one of my favorite downtown Nashville restaurants because the food is great and most of the time the service is great too. I have probably dined there for lunch at least a dozen times, probably more. I have always had a good experience with the food.
The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining and they are usually packed at lunch time. I imagine that they are full in the evenings too because the food is always so good. If you like Mexican food, this is a good place to eat. It is not a fancy restaurant but it has a nice and comfortable atmosphere.
