The Bridgestone Arena is not only home to the Nashville Predators, but it is a great place to find some fun
Nashville entertainment. It was formerly known as the Sommet Center and before that the Gaylord Entertainment Center.
No matter what the name is, it is one of the best places to find some Nashville Entertainment. Watching the Nashville Predators play is a lot of fun and I would recommend it to anyone. When they are not playing the Arena holds many other Nashville events such as basketball tournaments, wrestling, bull riding, and the circus. Many concerts have been scheduled there as well. Performers like Brad Paisley,Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift have held concerts there. It is a large Arena and holds about 20,000 visitors. The best way to find what you are looking for is to visit the website calendar. The address to the is at 501 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee 37203. The entrance to the Center is positioned on the corner of Broadway and Fifth Avenue facing the Ryman Auditorium. There are parking lots all over downtown and you can expect to pay between $6.00 and $20.00 for a night in the downtown area. Donna's Corner I have a lot of good memories at this arena. Danny and I are just the opposite of most couples. I love sports and he could care less, but we both love to watch the Nashville Predators play hockey at this arena. We got our tickets to the Country Music Festival and watched some concerts here. I did a 5K walk for charity starting here. These are just a few of the things that we have done here. Go to the Arcade for lunch if you are here on a weekday. The Nashville Arcade is really the oldest and most unusual mall in Nashville Spend the afternoon shopping at the souvenir shops in downtown. They have some pretty neat stuff. Also there are a lot of great downtown Nashville Restaurants to dine at before the event at the Arena. Cheekwood Knights Live music and cash bars throughout the Cheekwood gardens from 6:00-9:00 on the first Friday of every month June - October
Centennial Park Every Wednesday in June watch Free Movies in the Park at Sunset at the Centennial Park Bandshell
Musicians Corner is also at Centennial Park every Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 pm. It is a great way to spend an afternoon.
